What is a qualified Convention RFP?

  • Minimum 100 room nights.
  • Dates must be available on our calendar
  • Group must not be too large for our facility
  • Hotel rooms must be available for the dates
  • Group must have documented room night history
  • Must not have met at the Waco Convention Center in the past five years
